Sweet! Another Child Star to Pity

If there's one thing we love here at, it's child TV stars gone wrong.

We have a new one to add to the list.

Former Full House star Jodie Sweetin, who played middle sister Stephanie Tanner, revealed on Good Morning America that she is a recovering meth addict.

She's acted very little since the show's cancellation in 1995.

Wonder if she turned to the hard stuff after seeing TV dad Bob Saget's awesomely disturbing spot in The Aristocrats.

Lifetime Back on Dish

Dish Network and Lifetime are suching face harder than Harry Hamlin and Valerie Bertinelli did in Night Sins.

Left with no choice after Echostar's brilliant offering to give Lifetime free to any viewer who requests it, the network caved and signed a new long-term agreement with the satellite provider.

In the crafty plan, which they new the network could never agree to, Dish offered to then pay Lifetime individually for each subscriber who asked for the chick channel.

No cable network would ever want to be the first to agree to an a la carte pricing plan. That economic model would mean certain death for a huge number of channels.

Filling In

ABC News is expected to announce that Diane Sawyer and Charles Gibson will fill in for Bob Woodruff on World News Tonight.

They'll team up with Elizabeth Vargas as he recovers from injuries suffered in a bombing in Iraq.

Just like old times.
